We want all of our ministries to develop and define how people who do not yet have a relationship with Christ are invited to come and meet Jesus. This intention to come and meet Jesus forms the foundation for our evangelism strategy.</li><li>Connect with Others<br>This describes how people both Iranian and non-Iranian develop relationships and enter into Biblical fellowship. We believe that small groups are the optimal environment for people to connect with one another as they experience the church in its smallest unit.</li><li>Grow in Christ<br>Our ministries work together to help believers both Iranian and non-Iranian mature in their faith and develop Christ-like character. This model describes the way in which we help people move from being brand new believers through all the stages of growth, to a point where they are fullyfunctioning followers of Christ.</li><li>Go and Serve<br>This describes our intention to equip and release people both Iranian and non-Iranian to significant service within the local church and extending into the community and world. We want to challenge and equip people to make the most of their God-given gifts, talents and resources.</li><li>Christ Centered<br>Jesus Christ is in the center of our ministries.
